The XScribe HRMS provides view and edit access not only to your HR Admin but also to other employees so that they may check the accuracy of their stored information. This module also records and stores payroll information, movements, violations, performance evaluations, etc. It also stores digitized 201 file attachments such as birth certificates, transcript of records, medical certificates, etc.
Automate your end-to-end payroll processing
The XScribe HRMS has a comprehensive timekeeping and payroll system which allows your company to store the payroll-related information of your employees, automatically compute tardiness, undertime, absences and overtime from their timekeeping data, and generate their computed payroll with just a few clicks. Pay slips may be generated and printed. Alternatively, employees may view their respective pay slips online.
